Rescue Zone takes user privacy and data security very seriously.

How your data is protected

The Rescue Zone app is compliant with all applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • User location data and request information are only shared with emergency responders.
  • That information is not stored or used for any other purpose.
  • Users have full control over their personal data and can request to have it deleted at any time.

Deleting your account

You can ask for your Rescue Zone account to be permanently deleted at any time, even if you have already uninstalled the app.

Please note that deletion cannot be undone, so make sure this is what you want before you ask.

How to request deletion

  1. Send us a message using the form on the demo page.
  2. Start your message with “Account deletion request”.
  3. Include your full name and the email address associated with your Rescue Zone account.

The Rescue Zone team will process your request and confirm when your account has been deleted. If you have any questions or need further help, please don't hesitate to get in touch the same way.
